our key responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end development of comprehensive marketing plans and go-to-market strategies. This includes conducting deep-dive research into market trends, competitor landscapes, and consumer behavior to identify current opportunities and ensure effective product life cycle management.

- Drive the identification, implementation, and planning of new product styles, line extensions, and pricing strategies. You will be responsible for accurate sales forecasting in coordination with SCM and collaborating with regulatory teams to manage frameworks for product registrations.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and hospital personnel, creating scientific platforms and marketing materials to solve customer problems.





- Serve as the primary interface between India Sales and APAC Marketing to align messaging, share clinical outcomes, and lead special projects or campaigns.

- Monitor performance through controlling tools and dynamic databases, ensuring accountability and innovative problem-solving while working with high autonomy.

What you will bring to the team:

- Graduation/Masters in Pharmaceuticals, Bio Medical B. Pharm/M. Pharm or BSc /M.Sc. in biological Sciences with additional professional qualification MBA or equivalent.

- Candidates should possess minimum 5 years of total professional experience, in which minimum 3 years should be from Product Management.
