A Branch Relationship Manager (CASA Sales) is responsible for acquiring and managing customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products while driving branch business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Acquire new customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts through branch leads, referrals, and field activities.
2. Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets.
3. Generate leads from walk-in customers, corporate visits, and local market mapping.
4. Build and maintain relationships with individual customers, SMEs, traders, and corporate clients.
5. Promote banking products such as fixed deposits, debit cards, internet banking, mobile banking, insurance, and investment products.
6. Increase account balances and improve CASA portfolio value.
7. Cross-sell third-party products like insurance, mutual funds, and loans.
8. Conduct customer meetings and field visits to source recent business.
9.
Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
10. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to enhance engagement and retention.
11. Ensure KYC, AML, and other regulatory compliance while opening accounts.
12. Coordinate with branch operations and other departments for smooth account processing.
13. Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities.
14. Prepare daily sales reports and update management on business performance.
15. Participate in branch marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
