About the Role

Lead statutory HR compliance across Induspect's manpower and staffing operations. Ensure labour law compliance, client statutory requirements and HR governance while coordinating with Operations, Accounts, Recruitment and client representatives across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with Central and State labour laws.
- Manage client compliance requirements and statutory documentation.
- Lead internal and client HR compliance audits.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with Recruitment, Operations, Accounts, Site Teams and Administration.
- Prepare HR compliance MIS and audit reports.
- Develop SOPs, checklists and improve compliance processes.

Experience
- Minimum 12 years of HR & statutory compliance experience.
- Experience in staffing, manpower supply, facility management or industrial services.
- Experience handling compliance across multiple client locations.
- Experience facing client audits and statutory inspections.

Technical Skills
- Labour Law Compliance
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll systems and compliance portals preferred.

Working Conditions
- Work From Home.
- Extensive Pan India travel is mandatory.
- Regular visits to client sites, branch offices and audit locations.
