Job Title: Branch Manager – Building Hardware Retail
Location: Suva, Fiji
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales and business targets.

- Oversee inventory, stock control, procurement, and warehouse coordination.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.

- Monitor sales performance, cash handling, financial reporting, and branch profitability.

- Prepare sales and operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

RequirementsEducation

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager, Retail Manager, or Operations Manager.

- Experience in Building Hardware, Construction Materials, FMCG, or Retail Industry is highly preferred.

Skills Required

- Strong leadership and team management skills.





- Excellent communication in English.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/POS systems.

- Inventory and stock management knowledge.

- Financial reporting and budgeting skills.

- Customer relationship management.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.

- Valid driver's license preferred.

- Police Clearance Certificate.

- Must pass a Drug Test.

- Non-smoker preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience managing a building materials or hardware retail outlet.

- Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets.

- Solid decision-making and organizational skills.

- Willing to relocate to Fiji.
