Key responsibilities include overseeing melting and molding processes, managing shop floor staff, and ensuring safety compliance. Core Duties Production Oversight: Plan and control casting output, monitor machine uptime, and reduce rejection & Safety: Maintain ISO standards, enforce safety rules, and manage metal chemistry. Team Leadership: Supervise shift workers, coordinate maintenance, and track performance reports. Requirements Experience: 8 to 15 years in a metal casting or manufacturing environment. Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
