We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our People team. This role is ideal for MBA -HR students or recent graduates who want hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a fast growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Linked In, job portals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-onboarding activities.
- Assist with employer branding and campus hiring initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with Linked In and recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
