Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Gurugram, Pune & Recent Delhi

Your Task:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential corporate clients and decision-makers (CDO, OT-ICS Heads, OT ICS team, Industry 4.0 tea, Training Managers).

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Lead Qualification

Engage inbound leads and assess training requirements.

Qualify prospects based on budget, need, timeline, and authority.

Schedule meetings/demos with technical team.

Customer Engagement

Understand client needs (technical certifications, OT cybersecurity, industry 4.0, etc.).

Present relevant services and training solutions and value propositions.

Handle initial objections and nurture leads.

Your Qualification:

Experience in sales, Business development minimum 7-10 years.





Should have knowledge on OT cyber security, Industry 4.0 services and solutions.

Should have worked and knowledge on Industrial Automation PLC/SCADA, DCS based system solution and industry application.

Should have work on Business development and sales for process, power, Manufacturing end users OEMs, Sis clients.

Better to have knowledge IEC 62443, SIRI standard.

Education:

Bachelor of Engineering in EC/IC/CE/IT or related engineering field.

Certification or Training (If any required).

IEC 62443, OT Security, Industry 4.0, Industrial Automation.
