We are Conversion Perk, a performance marketing agency based in Mohali. Since 2018, we have worked with 300+ DTC and e-commerce brands across the UK, US, EU, and India on Amazon, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, and email marketing.

Email is one of the highest ROI channels we run for our clients, and we are looking for someone who can own it properly. Not just send campaigns, but build the flows that quietly bring in revenue every single day.

You will own email marketing for a set of e-commerce and DTC accounts, which means:

- Building and managing automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win back, and replenishment
- Planning and executing the monthly campaign calendar, including promotional and lifecycle sends
- Segmenting lists based on purchase behavior, engagement, and customer lifecycle stage
- Setting up A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, offers, and send timing, then acting on what the data says
- Managing deliverability: domain authentication, warm-up, sunset policies, and inbox placement
- Reporting on open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue per recipient, and attributed revenue for each account
- Working closely with our design and copy teams to brief and review email creatives
- Integrating email platforms with Shopify and other client tech stacks

What we are looking for

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in an agency or e-commerce setup
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Shopify native email, and GoHighLevel. You do not need to be an expert in all five, but you should be strong in at least two and comfortable learning the rest




- Proven experience building and optimizing flows and automations from scratch, not just editing existing ones
- Comfort with segmentation logic, conditional splits, and dynamic content
- Understanding of email deliverability fundamentals: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, list hygiene
- Ability to read a performance report and explain what to change next
- Transparent written English, since you will be documenting strategy and joining client discussions

Good to have

- Basic HTML and CSS for email templates
- Experience with SMS marketing alongside email
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
- Exposure to popup and lead capture tools
