Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role based in Nagpur. The Aptitude Trainer will design and deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and test-taking strategies for students preparing for campus placements, competitive exams, and other assessments. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, preparing practice questions and worksheets, conducting mock tests, analyzing student performance, and providing targeted feedback to help learners improve. The role also involves updating training material, aligning content with current exam patterns and industry expectations, coordinating with academic coordinators, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. The Aptitude Trainer is expected to create an engaging learning environment, support learners with varying proficiency levels, and participate in workshops, orientation programs, and other academic activities as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning abilities, including proficiency with arithmetic, algebra, data interpretation, puzzles, and analytical problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess solid verbal ability and communication skills, including grammar, vocabulary,



reading comprehension, and clear classroom communication.
- Candidates should possess instructional and training skills, such as lesson planning, classroom management, assessment design, and the ability to explain concepts in simple, structured ways.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with placement preparation and competitive exam patterns, along with the ability to guide learners on test strategies and time management.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, including patience, learner empathy, cooperative working with academic teams, and the ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, statistics, management, or education is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an aptitude trainer, test-prep faculty, or placement trainer is preferred, though promising candidates with strong skills and a passion for teaching will be considered.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools (presentations, spreadsheets, online test platforms) for instructional and assessment purposes.
