Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition (RCM)

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) positions across AR Calling, Medical Coding, Charge Entry, Eligibility Verification, Pre-Auth, and other operations roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels, including sourcing and assessing IT, technology, and product talent where required.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Salary negotiations, offer rollouts, pre-joining engagement, and follow-ups to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases with accurate and timely updates.
- Support bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, employee referral programs, and employer branding initiatives,



promoting the organization's value proposition across channels.
- Build solid relationships with hiring managers and manage vendor and job-portal interactions to ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting and insights to track hiring performance.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to forecast talent needs and continuously improve recruitment processes, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities.

Experience: 3 - 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in RCM hiring

Education: Graduate in any stream (Mandatory)
