The Program Manager will be responsible for managing projects across IDFC FIRST Bank. This role involves overseeing projects that support the organization's strategic direction, establishing and managing long-term goals, and facilitating project execution by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Develop project milestones and plans.
- Facilitate smooth and timely implementation of tasks across various functions.
- Identify and escalate bottlenecks and issues promptly, and facilitate their resolution.
- Provide regular project and program status updates.
- Guide project team members on the Project Management Framework and usage of the Enterprise Project Management Tool.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analytics as required, including industry and competitor analysis.
- Support the company's and business unit's planning and budgeting processes.
- Analyze variances, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare company-wide and business unit updates and develop presentations for various stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI), Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS).
- Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Arts (MA).
Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in Program/Project Management within the Business or Finance industry.
