About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who have successfully sold products or services directly to end customers and handled the complete sales cycle, including payment collection and customer relationship management.

The selected candidate will initially work as an Individual Contributor and is expected to transition into a Team Leader role within approximately 6 months based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Generate recent business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors

Meet builders, apartment associations, industries, hospitals, hotels, schools, offices, and property owners

Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution presentations

Build relationships with architects,



MEP consultants, facility managers, contractors, and referral partners

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable water treatment solutions

Negotiate, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection

Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets

Preferred Background

Direct Sales / Field Sales Experience

Experience selling to Homeowners, Property Owners, Residential Communities, Commercial Customers, or Industrial Clients
