**Position:** Fit-Out Project Engineer

**Salary:** ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Location: Egmore,Chennai

Experience

* 3–7 years of experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects.

* Experience in commercial offices, hotels, airport lounges, retail, residential, or institutional projects.

* Hands-on experience in managing subcontractors, vendors, and service agencies.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute and monitor interior fit-out works as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

* Ensure quality, safety, productivity, and timely completion of site activities.

* Manage material planning, measurements, billing, variation tracking,



and project documentation.

* Support testing, commissioning, snag closure, and final project handover.

* Robust knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods and finishing standards.

- Ability to interpret architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.

- Knowledge of partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, glazing, furniture, and MEP services.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting tools.

- Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software is an added advantage.
