Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Packing Operator role located in Dahi. The Packing Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently packing nutraceutical, herbal, food, and beauty products according to established procedures and quality standards. Daily tasks include operating and monitoring packing machinery, labeling and sealing products, inspecting packaging for defects, and ensuring accurate counts and documentation. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness in the work area, following safety and hygiene protocols,



and coordinating with production and quality teams to meet daily targets. The Packing Operator is expected to follow standard operating procedures, report issues promptly, and support continuous improvement in packing operations

Qualifications

- Ability to operate basic packing machinery and handle manual packing tasks with attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic quality checks, including visual inspection, correct labeling, and accurate counting of packed units.
- Awareness of hygiene, safety, and Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in a food, nutraceutical, or cosmetic manufacturing environment.
- Basic reading and writing skills to follow instructions, maintain simple records, and complete checklists.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced production setting.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required and collaborate positively with supervisors and team members.
- Prior experience in packing or production in a manufacturing facility, especially in healthcare, food, or cosmetic sectors, is an advantage.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred; additional technical or vocational training in production or packaging is beneficial.
