Job Description

- Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee data management, employee changes, and exits.
- Prepare, validate, and manage payroll inputs while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support internal and external audits through accurate documentation and process adherence.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and process automation using advanced Excel capabilities.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, validation, reporting, and analysis.
- Generate actionable HR insights to support business and workforce decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance employee experience.
- Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve HR operational efficiency.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach while maintaining scalable and system-driven processes.




- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR services.
- Monitor data quality and maintain high levels of accuracy across HR systems.
- Contribute to HR transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations.
- Strong experience in HR lifecycle management and payroll processes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including macros, reporting, and automation.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analytics.
- Experience handling audits, compliance, and HR documentation.
- Exposure to AI tools and process automation initiatives is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
