Role Description The Robotics Trainer will design and deliver hands-on robotics lessons and workshops for school students, ensuring concepts are explained clearly and safely. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves planning curricula, preparing materials, and setting up robotics equipment for classroom activities. The trainer will guide students in building, programming, and operating robots, supervise practical sessions, and support project-based learning. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and calibrating equipment, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with other faculty members to integrate robotics into broader STEM learning.



The role also requires documenting lesson outcomes, providing feedback to students, and staying current with emerging robotics technologies and educational practices.
Qualifications

- Robotics and Robot operation skills, with the ability to teach core concepts to school-age learners.
- Robotic Welding and related applied robotics skills for demonstrating real-world industry use cases.
- Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and classroom equipment issues.
- Preventive Maintenance skills to ensure robotics kits, tools, and systems remain safe and functional.
- Experience in STEM or technical training, preferably with school students or in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
- Ability to manage classrooms, support diverse learners, and create an inclusive, encouraging environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Robotics, Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Comfort with basic programming concepts and educational robotics platforms (e.g., Arduino, LEGO, or similar) is an advantage.
