These activities require architectural judgment, business alignment, and executive stakeholder engagement beyond traditional implementation expertise. Some of the key activities to be performed during the project:
1. Lead enterprise-level IAM strategy discussions rather than solution deployment activities.
2. Assess and define future-state capabilities across workforce,
privileged, third-party, service, and application identities.
3. Evaluate IAM alignment with Zero Trust, resilience objectives, EA principles, and operating model considerations.
4. Produce technology-agnostic recommendations that influence Aker Solutions long-term IAM direction.
5. Facilitate Architecture Board alignment and executive walkthroughs.
6. Define governance, operating model, and roadmap recommendations that require significant industry experience and architectural maturity.
