Role Description The Interior Design Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for supporting the end-to-end coordination of interior design projects. This position involves assisting with project planning, scheduling, and documentation, as well as coordinating between designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track. The coordinator will help prepare design presentations, manage material and furniture selections, and support site visits to monitor progress and quality. Daily tasks include maintaining project files, tracking timelines and budgets, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders,



and addressing operational issues that arise during execution. The role requires close collaboration with the design team to ensure that client requirements are met and that the design intent is accurately implemented on site.
Qualifications

- Strong project coordination skills, including organizing tasks, tracking milestones, and supporting timely execution.
- Project management capabilities to assist with scheduling, resource planning, and basic budget monitoring.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Foundational knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and finishes.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and documentation workflows.
- Proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with on-site coordination, vendor management, and quality checking is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
