Position Summary

The Learning & Capability Manager is responsible for designing and executing the organization's learning, leadership development, and capability-building strategy. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR, and external learning providers to build future-ready capabilities, accelerate leadership pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The incumbent will leverage data, digital learning technologies, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver measurable business impact through strategic learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Development & Talent Acceleration

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide leadership development frameworks across all management levels.
- Create structured learning journeys and capability-building programs that support succession planning and career progression.
- Partner with business leaders to identify future capability requirements and leadership competencies.

Learning Strategy & Capability Building

- Develop and execute the organization's learning and capability strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning through cutting-edge learning methodologies and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Drive competency-based learning aligned with organizational skills frameworks.

Learning Ecosystem & Digital Innovation

- Modernize the learning ecosystem by integrating AI-enabled learning solutions, personalized learning paths, microlearning, and social learning platforms.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
- Drive digital transformation within Learning & Development by leveraging automation, analytics, and intelligent content recommendations.

Learning Analytics & ROI

- Develop robust learning measurement frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness, learner engagement, capability improvement, and business outcomes.




- Track and report key learning metrics, behavioral change indicators, and return on investment (ROI) to senior leadership.
- Utilize learning analytics to drive continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making.
- Present strategic learning insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Organizational Change & Capability Transformation

- Lead learning interventions during organizational transformation, mergers, restructuring, technology implementation, and culture change initiatives.
- Design capability-building strategies that enable successful adoption of new business processes and technologies.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to manage change readiness and accelerate workforce capability development.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
- Manage relationships with external learning vendors, consultants, universities, and digital learning providers.
- Ensure learning solutions remain aligned with evolving business needs and industry best practices.

Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is preferred)
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or Capability Building.
- Demonstrated experience designing leadership development and enterprise learning strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and digital learning technologies.
- Experience implementing LinkedIn Learning or similar enterprise learning platforms.
- Proven experience using learning analytics and ROI measurement to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Experience leading learning initiatives during organizational transformation and change programs.
