The role involves operational reporting, KPI tracking, cross-functional coordination, and supporting management with performance insights to ensure smooth plant operations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesMonitor overall plant operations including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics.Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operational performance.Track key manufacturing KPIs such as Production Output, OEE, Rejection Rate, and Delivery Performance.Identify operational gaps and escalate issues to relevant departments for quick resolution.Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, SCM,
