The role requires strong expertise in Education / EdTech / University admissions sales, with a proven ability to drive conversions, manage high-volume teams, and achieve aggressive admission targets in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end team performance management, CRM oversight, and ensuring consistent achievement of enrollment goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 20–80 inside sales counselorsDrive consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission targetsOversee complete lead-to-admission funnel managementMonitor and improve team performance, productivity, and conversion ratiosHandle CRM operations, reporting, and data managementManage shrinkage, attrition, and workforce efficiencyConduct regular coaching, mentoring,
