and editing techniquesExecute feedback quickly while upholding creative quality and consistencyRequired Skills & Experience:2+ years of experience as video editor/motion designer with knowledge of graphic (advertising, agency, content studio background)Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, IllustratorPortfolio showcasing video editing and creative design workKnowledge of audio cleanup, colour correction, and ability to organise and manage raw footage and graphic assetsStrong visual storytelling skills with a good eye for motion, layout, and designCreative problem-solving with attention to pacing, transitions, and timingAbility to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environmentAdditional Skills (Good to Have):Experience using AI tools and prompts to create smarter animations and speed up video/graphic productionBasic video production/shooting knowledge
