The Pre-Sales Executive – Solutions will play a crucial role in managing the sales bid process, collaborating closely with the sales/operations team to align strategies, and offering support and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Feasibility assessment before committing to a project or sale to determine its practicality, viability,



and potential success.Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs, RFQs & RFPsDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholdersCollaborating with sales, and marketing teams to align on strategy and approachProviding support and expertise during the sales processQuick turnaround time and adaptability to schedule adjustmentsCreating and maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions, sales processes and MIS (preferably each week)Conducting thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirementsDelivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clientsAssisting in the creation of sales collateral and proposal materialsAnalysing client feedback to improve offerings and sales techniquesSkills Required:InquisitiveAbility to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team as wellGood at time managementProficiency in Microsoft OfficeGood analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communications skills
