Job Title: Project Manager / Operations Manager – AI ProgramsEmployment type: Full timeJob location: Indore/Pune/LucknowAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to lead large-scale AI operations programs across global markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in rapid-paced environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and has experience managing distributed teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.You will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering projects on time while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external workforce partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple AI-related operational projects across different geographies.Plan project timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.Recruit, onboard, and manage external workforce partners, contractors, and freelance resources as required for projects.Oversee project logistics, including shipment tracking, inventory management, device allocation, and operational readiness.Maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive updates.Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.Ensure operational processes are standardized, documented, and continuously improved.Work closely with recruiting, finance, legal, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor project budgets, utilization, productivity,
