The role will focus on process optimization, simplification, automation, standardization, and the implementation of best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesLead Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing projects across the organizationIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, cost, and operational efficiencyDrive process simplification and automation initiativesConduct process mapping, work studies, time and motion studies, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM)Facilitate Kaizen events, 5S implementation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and other problem-solving initiativesMonitor project progress and ensure timely implementation of improvement actionsTrack, analyze,
