This role involves handling outbound calls, analyzing customer interactions, improving performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing the customer journey—from initial contact to long-term engagement—while maintaining high service standards and improving key metrics such as FCR, AHT, SLA, CSAT, and NPS.? Key Responsibilities1.



Customer Interaction & Outbound CallingMake effective and productive outbound callsEngage with customers based on assigned segmentsEnsure adherence toKPI’s such as Handling Premier Customers Profiles, KYC updation, Explaining about schemes and offers, collecting referrals, Inviting for a store visit, Post sales service calls.2. Performance & AnalysisAnalyze call data and customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvementImprove customer experience and retention through actionable insightsRegularly update customer details and interaction notesValidate and maintain the customer database? QualificationsAny Graduate1–3 years of outbound calling experience preferredExperience in outbound call centre operations will be preferredProficiency in any two languages among Telugu, Hindi, and English preferredImmediate joiners are preferred? Skills RequiredStrong customer service and relationship-building abilitiesBasic knowledge of CRM toolsCustomer empathy and attention to detailGood voice modulation and listening skills?
