The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry, excellent knowledge of IATF standards, customer quality management, manufacturing quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.This leadership role is responsible for ensuring robust quality systems, reducing customer complaints and plant rejections, and driving operational excellence through process improvements and compliance with global quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlant Quality ManagementLead the implementation and continual improvement of Plant Quality Management Systems.Establish and strengthen a quality-driven culture throughout the manufacturing operations.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and applicable quality standards.Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and manufacturing excellence.Customer QualityHandle customer complaints from domestic and international OEMs.Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone,
