Purchase Order Management NDownload and validate Purchase Orders (POs) received from marketplace partners including Amazon, Swiggy, Myntra and other B2B channels. Verify commercial accuracy, including NLC, GST, HSN codes, pricing and other order parameters before processing. N2. Order Planning & SalesOrder Creation NPlan order fulfilment based on inventory availability across warehouses. Create and process Sales Orders in the ERP/system while ensuring maximum PO fulfilment. N3. Appointment & DispatchManagement NSchedule delivery appointments with channel partners through their respective platforms (Amazon Vendor Portal) and manual appointment processes (Swiggy, Myntra, etc.).



Ensure adherence to appointment timelines to avoid delays, penalties and order cancellations. N4. Logistics & Warehouse Coordination NCoordinate with warehouseand logistics teams to ensure timely picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of shipments. Proactively resolve operational issues impacting dispatches and deliveries. N5. Channel Stakeholder Management NBuild robust working relationships with channel operations teams. Coordinate for appointment revisions, slot preponements and exception handling to maximise order fulfilment and maintain service levels. N6. Inventory & Sourcing Coordination NTrack out-of-stock SKUs at warehouse level and follow up with sourcing teams to improve inventory availability. Drive higher PO fulfilment by ensuring timely replenishment of critical SKUs. N7. Operational Reporting NPublish daily operationaldashboards covering delivered orders, pending shipments, future dispatch plans and key operational metrics. Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders on shipment status and potential risks. N8. Service Level Management NOwn and improve key fulfilment metrics including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Fill Rate, dispatch adherence and order fulfilment across all assigned channels. NDrive continuous improvements to reduce cancellations, delivery failures and operational escalations.
