Job DescriptionJob Summary NWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Engineer / Production Executive to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess solid leadership and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities Nn Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities. N Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and productivity standards. N Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and overall production efficiency. N Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations. N Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. N Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).



N Identify opportunities for process improvements, waste reduction, and cost optimization. N Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance. NQualificationsnn Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline. N 3–6 years of experiencein a manufacturing environment. N Experience in FRP/Composite manufacturing will be an added advantage. N Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. N Good understanding of production planning, quality management systems, and manufacturing processes. N Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
