Job DescriptionAbout JOB NWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring transactions, handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth transaction processing and client support. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Monitor, verify, and approve transactions as per company process and compliance requirements N Handle client queries related to transaction status, delays, failed payments, and beneficiary fund receipt issues N Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for transaction investigations and resolutions N Respond to clients professionally through email and other communication channels N Send regular transaction status updates and follow-up emails to clients N Maintain and update Excel/MIS sheets for all client queries, complaints, transaction issues, and resolutions N Ensure all client issues are tracked, resolved,



and properly documented N Escalate critical or unresolved cases to the respective teams promptly N Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and operational efficiency in daily activities. NnRequirementsn N Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, MBA, or any banking/finance-related field N Freshers are welcome toapply N Good verbal and writtencommunication skills in English N Basic knowledge of banking, remittance, payment operations, or financial services preferred N intermediary or Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications N Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills N Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment NnPreferred skills Nn Experience in customer support, banking operations, or payment processing is an added advantage N Understanding of transaction monitoring and compliance processes preferred N Good coordination and follow-up skills N
