Job DescriptionJob Summary NWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's overall financial strategy, capital allocation, investment planning, and financial governance. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial growth, maximizing profitability, ensuring financial sustainability, and supporting business expansion through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership, corporate finance, strategic planning, treasury management, fundraising, and business growth. The CFO will oversee all financial functions while acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial and investment matters. NKey ResponsibilitiesnStrategic Financial Leadership N* Develop and execute theorganization's long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives. N* Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all financial and commercial decisions. * Evaluate business opportunities, investments, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives from a financial perspective. N* Lead financial planningto support sustainable growth, profitability, and shareholder value. Capital Allocation & Investment Management N* Oversee capital allocation and investment decisions to maximize returns and optimize business performance. N* Evaluate and approve major expenditures, investments, and resource allocation across departments. N* Assess investment opportunities, business acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures. N* Monitor return on investment (ROI) and financial performance of key business initiatives. NFinancial Planning & Performance Management N* Lead annual budgeting,



forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. N* Monitor organizational financial performance and establish financial KPIs across business units. N* Drive profitability improvement initiatives and cost optimization strategies. N* Present financial insights, business forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Treasury & Cash Flow Management N* Manage corporate treasury functions, liquidity planning, working capital, and cash flow optimization. N* Ensure adequate capitalavailability to support operational and expansion requirements. N* Oversee banking relationships, financing arrangements, and debt management strategies. Risk Management & Governance N* Identify financial, operational, and market risks and implement mitigation strategies. N* Establish robust internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks. N* Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, tax, and financial reporting requirements. N* Oversee enterprise riskmanagement and business continuity planning. Financial Reporting & Stakeholder Management N* Oversee preparation of financial statements, management reports, board reports, and investor presentations. N* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance and key business metrics. N* Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, investors,



regulatory authorities, and external advisors. N* Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic financing activities. NTeam Leadershipn*Lead, mentor, and develop the finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, and compliance teams. N* Build a high-performance finance function that supports organizational growth and operational excellence. N* Foster a culture of accountability, financial discipline, and data-driven decision-making. NRequirementsn* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. N* CA, CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification preferred. N* 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior management or executive-level roles. N* Proven experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, treasury management, investment evaluation, and business growth planning. N* Robust understanding offinancial modeling, capital management, fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and risk management. N* Experience working directly with CEOs, investors, board members, and senior leadership teams. N* Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
