Service the Existing POS to drive sales growth Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales process N Create offline trainingand servicing process for the POSP. N Should know local agentnetwork. N Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers. N Should be a Highly Motivated Individual and should be able to drive Chanel with ownership. Travelling can be frequent.



N Candidate should be from Insurance Background having hands-on experience in agency vertical in a General Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm. N Managing relationships with customers. N Identifying and communicating customer needs. N Ensuring customer satisfaction. N Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base. NnApply if you have Nn Graduation degreein any stream and have strong communication skills. N Some awareness of Motor& General Insurance and have the zeal to be a Pro in Sales.
