Job DescriptionAbout the Role : NQHSE Managementnn Lead implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. N Ensure compliance with India regulatory requirements, client standards, and company procedures. N Act as focal point for external audits, certification audits, and client inspections. N Manage nonconformities,root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. NnQuality Assurance Nn Drive quality assurance and compliance across all project phases. N Ensure adherence to contractual, statutory, and client-specific requirements. N Monitor quality KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives. NnHealth & Safety Nn Lead HSE implementation across offices / project sites ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. N Conduct and oversee: NnRisk assessments, Audits, Inspections and Incident investigations. Nn Promote behavioural safety. NnEnvironmental Management Nn Ensure compliancewith environmental regulations and ISO 14001 requirements. N Support sustainability initiatives including waste reduction and resource efficiency. N Monitor environmental performance and reporting. NnAudit & Compliance Nn Plan, conduct, and lead internal audits and inspections. N Maintain audit findingsregister and ensure timely closure of actions.



N Lead ISO certification and surveillance audits. N Provide assurance to management on IMS effectiveness. NnTraining & Awareness Nn Identify trainingneeds and coordinate QHSE training programs. N Deliver awareness sessions and toolbox talks. N Support competency development and compliance across the workforce. NnDocumentation & Reporting Nn Ensure effective document control in line with IMS requirements. N Prepare: N Monthly QHSE reports N KPI dashboardsn Management review inputs N Analyse trends and recommend improvements. NnCompliance & Continuous Improvement Nn Stay updated on regulations and standards. N Identify improvement opportunities and drive best practices. NnQualification/ Training/ Certification & Education: NEducationnn Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline (preferred). NnExperiencen N Minimum 6–8 years of experience in QHSE roles within construction, consultancy, or infrastructure environments. N Proven experience in managing audits, compliance processes, and risk-based systems. NnCertifications & Training NAuditor certifications in: Nn ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, N NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized HSE qualification. NnProficiency in MS Office
