This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, business development and relationship management who can identify high-potential business partners and successfully guide them through the entire Business acquisition journey. NKey Responsibilities: N- Identify, qualify and engage prospective Business partners through various channels including digital campaigns, referrals, networking, and inbound enquiries. N- Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates. N- Guide candidates through the evaluation and onboarding process, including territory discussions, documentation and agreement coordination. N- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. N- Conduct market researchand territory analysis to identify expansion opportunities across Mumbai. N- Track pipeline performance, conversion rates and sales targets while providing regular reports to management. N- Represent the brand at Business expos,



networking events and business development meetings when required. NRequirements: N- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. N- 3–5 years of experiencein Business Development and Sales. N- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills. N- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. N- Strong analytical and territory planning skills. N- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. NPreferred Qualifications: N- Experience working witheducation, training, retail, hospitality, fitness, or service-based franchise businesses.
