N Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements. N Manage audits of listedcompanies and coordinate with client management and audit teams. N Assist clients in IPO-related assignments, including financial reporting and regulatory compliance. N Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements while ensuring timely completion. N Identify audit risks, recommend process improvements, and maintain high-quality audit documentation. N Guide and mentor juniorteam members and review their work.
N Liaise with clients to resolve audit queries and build long-term professional relationships. NEligibilitynn Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. N Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit. N Hands-on experience with Ind AS, Listed Companies Audits, and IPO assignments. N Strong knowledge of Companies Act, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements. N Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
