Job DescriptionWe are hiring on behalf of one of our banking clients for the role of Sales Officer – CASA, focused on liabilities acquisition and relationship management at the branch level. NKey Responsibilities: NManage banking relationships for a portfolio of clients, focused on growth of Liabilities & Investments. NDevelop and expand the customer base, ensuring service levels exceed client expectations. NIdentify current and potential relationships to grow business. NOwn sales targets spread across liabilities, retail assets, cards, and investments. NProactively sell consumerbanking and investment products to existing and prospective customers. NGrow CASA balances in theallocated portfolio through recent acquisition. NDrive higher product and channel penetration to increase wallet share. NEnsure portfolio quality through regular client engagement. NAct as the first point ofcontact for mapped clients. NSupport clients with basic financial planning and investment guidance. NQualifications: NGraduation required;Post-Graduation preferred. NAMFI / NCFM / IRDA / JAIIB / CAIIB or similar certifications are an added advantage.
