NResponsibilitiesnStrategic Leadership & General Management Nn Provide overall leadership and direction for the entity. N Develop and execute thelocal business strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. N Assume full responsibility for operational performance, profitability, and sustainable growth. N Act as the primary representative of the company in India. N Establish a solid local management culture aligned with the company's values and leadership principles. N Serve as the key interface between the India organization and the Group Headquarters. NnCommercial Leadership & Business Development Nn Lead the overall commercial development of the India business. N Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share. N Develop and execute local sales and business development strategies aligned with corporate objectives. N Strengthening and expanding relationships with key customers, strategic accounts, distributors, and business partners. N Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth initiatives. N Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention. N Help lead efforts to launch new programs and grow the organization.



N Ensure that an annual budget is created and followed. N Ability to lead the career development of self and others by attracting and retaining high performing talent. N Communicate and direct organization's conversations around priorities, goals, and organization improvement areas. NnManufacturing & Operations Nn Lead the establishment and further development of manufacturing operations. N Ensure operational excellence in quality, delivery performance, productivity, safety, and cost efficiency. N Introduce and monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs). N Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas. N Ensure alignment between customer requirements, sales commitments, and manufacturing capabilities. NnQualificationsn N Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience in industrial and/or manufacturing environments. N Several years of experience in senior management positions such as General Manager, Business Unit Leader, Sales Director, Commercial Director, Plant Manager, Operations Director, or comparable leadership roles. N Proven success in both commercial leadership and operational management. N Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales leadership, business development, customer management, and P&L; responsibility. N Solid manufacturing andoperational expertise with a strong understanding of production processes and operational excellence. N
