Job DescriptionWe're Hiring: 2 Regional Sales Managers - Mountain Tourism & Hospitality NREGIONAL SALES MANAGER — MOUNTAIN TOURISM & HOSPITALITY NHimalayan Pine Company (HPCo), part of the larger Vasshin Composites group with presence across Bangalore | Delhi | Himachal Pradesh, is building a Himalayan lifestyle ecosystem across functional confectionery | mountain honey | perfumes | gifting | hospitality and allied premium categories. NWe are looking for a Sales & Activation Manager to help expand HPCo physically across mountain tourism zones including Himachal Pradesh | Uttarakhand | Kashmir and adjoining regions. NHimachal PradeshnUttarakhand NKashmir & adjoining tourism regions NThe role involves: NGetting HPCo products listed across cafés | hotels | hostels | resorts | tourism retail and experiential properties | building local dealer and hospitality relationships | coordinating replenishment and visibility | identifying high-footfall tourist locations | deploying small HPCo retail counters/kiosks | and coordinating with local municipal and tourism authorities wherever required for permissions and placements.



NThis is a highly movement-oriented field role and will require frequent travel across mountain tourism circuits. NIdeal backgrounds: Nhospitality sales | tourism operations | café/hotel ecosystems | FMCG field sales | experiential tourism | regional business development | resort and hospitality operations NWe are looking for someone who: Nunderstands mountain tourism ecosystems | enjoys field movement and relationship-building | can work independently across territories | and is comfortable handling both partnerships and operational coordination on-ground. NCompensation broadly in the ₹3.2–3.9 LPA range depending on territory familiarity | operational maturity | hospitality relationships and execution capability, along with travel reimbursements and performance-linked upside.
