Job DescriptionAbout the Role Nn Technocitta is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless order execution from sales closure through payment collection. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Manage and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts. N Generate additional business from existing customers through cross-selling and upselling. N Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. N Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure and payment collection. N Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders. N Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms. N Deliver impactful customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and business proposals with confidence. N Conduct regular customer meetings and represent Technocitta professionally. N Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, opportunities, and customer information in Zoho CRM. N Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and excellent account management.
NRequirementsnn 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B IT Infrastructure Sales. N Robust relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. N Excellent presentation skills with the ability to confidently present solutions to CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers. N Proven ability to manage enterprise or corporate customers. N Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is mandatory. N Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
