Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Nn Coordinate end-to-end execution of international customer orders. N Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems. N Monitor order status and ensure timely updates to customers and internal teams. N Follow up with production, sourcing, and inventory teams to ensure adherence to delivery timelines. N Serve as a primary point of contact for operational queries from international customers and sales representatives. N Provide regular updates regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and shipment tracking. N Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with relevant internal departments. N Coordinate with logistics partners and freight forwarders for international shipments. N Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.



N Support the International Sales team with quotations, product information, pricing sheets, and presentations. N Assist in maintaining customer databases and sales reports. N Track sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports. N Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Logistics teams. N Facilitate smooth communication between international markets and internal stake holders. N Escalate potential delivery or operational risks proactively. N Generate order tracking reports and operational dashboards. N Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience. N Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and business reviews. N
