Job DescriptionAbout the Role NWe are looking for a Brand Strategy Lead to lead strategic thinking across the studio while ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, quality, and consistency. NWorking closely with the Founder, you will shape brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategy for our clients, while overseeing project delivery across strategy, design, content, and production. This role combines strategic leadership with operational ownership and is suited to someone who enjoys building brands as much as bringing them to life. NKey ResponsibilitiesnBrand Strategy NLead brand strategy engagements, including research, positioning, brand architecture, and messaging. NDevelop communication frameworks, verbal identity, tone of voice, and content strategy. NFacilitate client workshops, strategic presentations, and support new business opportunities. NTeam LeadershipnLead and mentor the content team, providing explicit direction and constructive feedback. NCollaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure strategic intent is reflected in execution.



NMaintain a high standard of strategic thinking and written communication across all deliverables. NProject & Client Management NOversee project planning,timelines, resourcing, and delivery across the studio. NCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. NBuild strong client relationships, manage expectations, and proactively resolve risks. NWhat We're Looking For N5–7 years' experience in brand strategy or a strategy-led branding role. NExperience within a branding studio, boutique agency, or independent creative practice. NStrong understanding of branding, design, and communication systems. NExcellent strategic thinking, writing, and presentation skills. NProven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. NExperience leading or mentoring teams. NOrganised, proactive, andcomfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational ownership. NExperience across fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality is an advantage.
