Key Responsibilities

- Custom Application Development: Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to meet business requirements.
- System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Automation & Workflow: Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes to automate business processes.
- Data Management: Manage data using tools like Data Loader, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the platform.
- User Interface Customization: Develop and customize Lightning components and Visualforce pages to enhance user experience.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
