Job Description

- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Investigate, analyze, and solve system issues.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
- Write functional or technical specs as needed.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Do configurations for Inventory management, Production planning and Quality Management module.
- Debug issues and data integration across modules or systems.
- Work with L1 SAP process support team to solve day to day production issues.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in AMS or Production Support in IM/PP/QM.
- Solid understanding of Material Master data and views used in procurement and production planning.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Understanding of Manufacturing, Inventory and Quality business processes.
- Ability to work in a team setting, effectively interacting with others.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
