Primary Responsibilities
Perform remote or on-site software customization/development services
Provide technical and functional knowledge of the development technologies
Design and develop modifications to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications
Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation
Create and develop new custom programs designed to integrate with Dynamics applications
Design, develop and execute data migration processes and integrations to existing systems
Ability to evaluate necessary upgrade customizations for recent versions of Dynamics applications as they are released
Work with functional team to design, test, and implement customizations
Provide end-user training and end-user support
Create estimations for development tasks
Follow Development best practices and ensure that modifications are well documented
Perform mentoring and/or coaching to team members and share knowledge among all team members
