About The Client: Client is a life insurance company in India. The firm offers life insurance products targeted at individuals and groups, catering to four distinct segments: protection, children, retirement and investment plans.

Essential Job Functions:

- Orientation – Understands best practices and applies in core application production support /investment system management /receipting system/Benefit Illustrations

Technology Skills –
- Providing technical and architectural insights along with solution design-for web applications/ investment systems
- Identify & recommend opportunities for improvement in terms of design, maintenance, and upkeep of application systems
- Coordination with different technology, project, and user teams for successful project delivery
- Requirement gathering and project task prioritizing as per available resources/bandwidth
- Vendor/User management
- Supporting business as usual functionalities for implemented/identified projects
- Drive uptime/upkeep of application systems as perdefined SLAs
- Drive and achieve timely closure of projects, audit
- actionable and other milestones as defined in IT Roadmap
- Measuring project success via designated key indicators – Benefits, Savings, TAT, etc
- User interaction

Qualifications:
- Strong research skills to identify market trends
- Experience on working on Life Asia /investment systems and internal peripheral applications like web receipting
- Positive experience into Project & Program Management

​Relevant Work-experience
- BE with minimum 15+ years of work experience

Preferrable Technical Skills
- applications, Oracle/SQL databaselike issuance system, .Net/Java based Knowledge and experience of business applications

- Experience in Benefit illustration system understanding and management
- Should have handled/managed application

- Should be able to guide teams on work break-down, allocation & issue resolution
- Knowledge and experience in multi-system integrated environments
- Sound knowledge of SDLC and models like Agile, Waterfall, etc
- Experience of Insurance domain will be a great advantage
