Qualifications:

- Minimum 5-8yrs years of experience required with Python automation development.
- Knowledge of Agile and scrum.
- Knowledge on the server technologies is a plus.
- Candidate should have worked on developing Python scripts

Technical Skills:
- Python - Good scripting experience using Python for various UI and API automation.
- Good experience in creating custom Python libraries
- Strong in Python OOPS/Data Structures concepts
- Experience in python test automation frameworks (CAFE').




- Robot framework – Good working experience in using framework for scripting UI and REST API tests ; Creating custom Robot Framework libraries; Conditionals & loops; Advanced data handling with Dictionaries; web locators; Data-driven testing; Script Control Flow, Validations, XPATH/ CSS selectors; Collaboration using Git version control; Branching and Merging Workflow in GIT.
- Selenium – Good to have experience using Selenium to automate UI test cases
- Good to have knowledge on other UI automation tools such as AutoIT
- Good debugging & analytical skills

Process Skills:
- Capable of analyzing requirements and test software as per project defined software process
- Ability to work on Agile based project.
- Maintain quality process standards.

Behavioral Skills:
- Should be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs.
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
