Role Summary

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage computer systems, network infrastructure, ERP support, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain computer hardware, servers, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide first-level technical support for software, ERP, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain ERP systems and assist users with day-to-day operations.




- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support when required.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure.

Required Skills

- MCA / M.Tech / B.Tech qualification.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and server maintenance.
- Experience in ERP support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valuable communication and user support abilities.
