Senior SFDC Developer / SFDC Developer (3 each)

- Developing, configuring and maintaining solutions within Salesforce as applicable using Apex and Lightning Framework.
- High proficiency needed in Lightning Custom development
- Excellent awareness about development and configuration on Salesforce Mobile app .
- Excellent Configuration skills in Lightning wrt views and automations Like Sharing Model/Flows/Approval Processes etc.
- Ensuring proper Unit Testing of solutions by testing deliverables against requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving systems issues reported by users
- Managing mass imports/transformation and exports of data.
- Preparing technical and functional documentation
- Maintain a productive relationship with stakeholders and peers through effective communication and collaboration
- Ensure that Healthcare's systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with Healthcare's Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best Information Protection practices.
- To ensure that all development done is inline with Healthcare coding standards and guidelines.




- Preferred approach of delivery should be using OOTB functionalities over customization.

- Strong technical foundation including knowledge of different programming paradigms OOP/ Functional Programming/ Procedural Programming.
- Experience with the JavaScript frameworks, design patterns, etc.
- Ability to deliver in a global team environment with members working remotely in various time zones
- Should have extensive experience in managing the releases of various salesforce applications - with deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets and Metadata API.
- Have excellent experience on REST,SOAP and standard integration protocals

- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-7 years overall experience, with minimum 3+ years in exclusive Salesforce development.

(5+ years for Senior SFDC Developer and 3+ years for Developer) * Experience to lead multiple projects in multiple countries concurrently
- Positive communication and conflict management with external and internal stakeholders.
- Be able to communicate in English fluently
- Team worker and self-starter
- Experience on SFDC and BI/Analytics
