We're Hiring: Contact/ Customer Centre Executive
Location: Bangalore

Sukoon Health is looking for a professional, empathetic, and client-focused Client Service / Contact Centre Executive to join our Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and client communication
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
• Manage appointment updates and service-related queries
• Coordinate with clinicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Maintain accurate client records and basic reports using Microsoft Excel
• Deliver an empathetic and qualified client experience at every touchpoint

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (mandatory)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or client-facing roles is preferred
• Robust coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + performance-based incentives
