Job title: Senior Accounts Associate
The Senior Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and experience with Indian accounting standards and taxation.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and provisions.

Perform monthly bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.





Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.

Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial schedules.

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

Process employee reimbursements and support payroll accounting.

Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Is able to understand and work on US accounting system

Requirements:

Commerce graduate/ post graduate preferred
CA Inter preferred.
4–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act, and Indian accounting practices.

Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
